Tim Gardom, MBE
Founder Director
Tim specialises in masterplanning, narrative-led strategy development and creative direction for major and complex cultural projects. He works with governments and their agencies, national museums and cultural organisations, as well as building and leading diverse teams of specialist consultants, designers, creative and technical delivery partners.
Tim works with organisations to communicate and embed purpose and vision at all levels, including the 2012 London Olympics Gamesmakers training, Investors In People, KPMG, Stagecoach Performing Arts, Sysco and others.
Tim is also develops high profile brand narratives and communication experiences, such as Le Voyage for Grey Goose, The Macallan’s Masters of Spirit brand experience centre, and national pavilions at Expo 2015 Milan and Expo 2020 Dubai.
Alison Grey, MA, PGCE
Director
Alison has pioneered TGAC’s collaborative working method across cultural projects at all levels of scale and complexity - from touring and temporary exhibitions to national museums and portfolio heritage organisations.
She is expert in working with multi-disciplinary teams – researchers, scientists, communities and knowledge holders, artists, craftspeople and more – to transform research and resources into creative strategies, immersive and interactive narrative experiences.
Alison holds an MA in Local History from Ruskin College, Oxford, and is a resident lecturer on the MA Narrative Environments course at UAL Central St Martins.
Pete Gardom, BA, CELTA
Associate Director
Pete specialises in collaborative creative development, research and digital for culture. He works with clients on early stage visioning, narrative development and idea synthesis, and coordinates between client, research, content and design teams.
He supports diverse collaborations with artists and academic institutions. Pete is an Industry Partner at Loughborough University London for the MA Collaborative Projects and Collaborative Dissertations programmes.
Pete is also Director at this great adventure, TGAC’s Europe-based spin-off company, specialising in digital strategy, interactive and immersive storytelling (including augmented and virtual reality), as well as creative collaboration, research and development in public and private sector partnerships.
